SUMMARY
The third edition of Garryana marks another step in our exploration of Pacific Northwest provenance. With this whiskey, we diverge from previous patterns of marrying ratios of full-term matured Garry Oak casks to traditional oak casks. Instead, we bring to light the unique character of our native oak through an ambitious series of vattings and cask finishes.
FLAVOR PROFILE
NOSE: Notes of buckwheat honey, vanilla cream and milk chocolate with hints of subtle wood smoke, raspberry reduction and nutmeg.
PALATE: Slightly savory rye bread, clove and floral notes balance the rich sweetness of Garry Oak flavor.
